| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于城市房屋拆迁引发了诸多社会矛盾,出现了许多被拆迁人与拆迁方对抗的事件。在拆迁过程中如何保护好房屋被拆迁人的利益是房屋拆迁中一个十分关键的问题,这直接关系到房屋被拆迁人生活水平的保持及社会的长治久安。我国应加快房屋拆迁行政补偿制度的立法进程。
