摘    要:开展八荣八耻教育对于高校加强师德师风建设具有重要意义。“八荣八耻”充实了师德教育的内涵,为教师树立了看得见、摸得着的道德行为准则。师德建设应抓好超越性与现实性的结合,要依靠教师树立正确的荣辱观来实现校园和谐。正确的荣辱观教育必经内化和外化这样一个复杂而反复的过程,因此,师德建设还必须建立和健全长效机制。

Abstract:The education of "Eight Honors and Eight Shames" is of great importance to the construction of teachers' morality and ethos in colleges and universities."Eight Honors and Eight Shames" enriches the connotation of teachers' moral education,which should combine transcendence and reality,and set up a visible moral principle for teachers.The realization of campus' harmony depends on teachers' view on honors and shames.The education of correct view on shame and honor has to follow a complicated and repetitious step from outside to inside.As a result,the teachers' moral construction must set up and perfect the long-effective system.
