| 摘 要： | 湖南是中国的人才大省,湖南人才在全国有着特珠的地位和贡献.从纵向看,湖南人才的发展是波浪式的、不断前进的;从横向看,湖南人才的地理分布是不平衡的,不断变化的;从结构看,湖南人才的组成是不合理的,甚至说是畸形的.研究湖南人才的特点,认识湖南人才的发展规律,有利于发现和培养人才,促进湖南人才的新高潮.

| Abstract: | People of talent coming forth out of Hunan Province in large numbers, they play an important role in the whole country, on one hand, the developing path of Hunan talents is wave-like, moving forward, while on the other hand, the geographic distribution is unsteady. From the view of structure, the organization is irrational even lopsided. Looking over the characteristics of Hunan talents, we can have some ideas about the developing pace of Hunan talents, which enables us to discover or cultivate the talents or brings about a new high tide of Hunan talents. |
