双U型埋管换热器换热影响因素分析

摘    要:对地源热泵垂直单孔双U型埋管换热器的单孔回填材料、管内流量、进口温度等因素对换热效果的影响进行研究.对搭建实验台的测试数据进行分析,得到了在该测试工况下最佳流量约为1.01m3/h,并对比中粗砂与原土的热导率,得出在导热率增大45%时,其单位井深换热量增大了25%,同时经过数据和设备综合考虑分析得出了机组循环液的出口温度不宜太高,在约35.6℃达到实验最佳值的结果.

Abstract:The study shows that the optimal flow is approximately 1.01 m3/h under the test condition, and the unit depth of heal exchange increases by 25% when the thermal conductivity increases by 45% ; the outlet temperature of the circulating fluid should not be too high and the optimum effect is achieved when it is about 35.6℃.
