摘    要:长沙大学酒店管理专业采用“2 1”人才培养模式,通过组建高素质的双师型教师队伍、积极推进教学改革、加强与企业合作、强化学生毕业实习的管理、注重学生全面素质培养等措施,以就业为导向,实现了学校、学生和企业“三赢”的结果。

Abstract:Hotel Management of Changsha University applies "2 1" training model to their teaching.Through measures of establishing a teaching team with high-quality,double-division-type teachers,promoting teaching reforms actively,establishing cooperation with enterprises,strengthening graduate students internship management,emphasizing on training measures to improve students' overall quality and making employment-oriented policy,the university achieves "three win" results among the school,students and businesses.
