| 摘 要： | 就业是民生之本，拓宽农村劳动力就业渠道，缩小城乡居民收入差距，既是做好和改善民生工作的关键所在，也是全面建成小康社会题中的应有之义。福建正处在加快推进海峡西岸经济区建设、全面建成小康社会的关键时期，迫切需要有一个和谐稳定的社会环境。拓宽农村劳动力就业渠道，有利于从根本上扭转城乡收入差距扩大趋势，为构建社会主义和谐社会、实现全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标奠定重要基础。

| Abstract: | Fujian is at the crucial stage of accelerating the construction of Western Coast Economic Zone and establishing an all - around affluent society, and thus is in urgent need of a harmonious social environment. Expanding employment opportunities for rural labor forces is beneficial to fundamentally reverse the trend of urban - rural income gap becoming larger. |
