| 摘 要： | 本文起步于对施工成本管理现状的研究,将着眼点放在了对降低施工成本的理论方法研究和实际应用上.通过对成本超支问题的原因分析,找到了解决问题的两种基本方法,并具体阐述了各自使用的方法手段.
