| 摘 要： | 对单面盖板搭接节点在常幅和变幅荷载下的疲劳性能进行了试验研究,分析了在常幅和变幅荷载下疲劳断口的宏观和微观特征,结果表明两者基本相似.通过对常幅和变幅试验结果的拟合,给出了基于剩余刚度模型的累计损伤公式,可用于计算该类节点的疲劳剩余寿命.结合试验结果,对比分析了几种常用变幅疲劳寿命计算方法的相对优劣,结果表明修正M iner准则和M iner准则的预测精度较好.

| Abstract: | The experiment on fatigue properties of one-side covering plate lap joints under constant amplitude and variable amplitude loads was carried out.The macroscopical and microcosmic characters of fatigue sections under constant amplitude and variable amplitude loads are analyzed.The results show that the characters of fatigue sections under constant amplitude and variable amplitude loads are alike in the main.The accumulative damage formula based on residual stiffness model is given with the fit of experimental results under constant amplitude and variable amplitude loads.It can be used to calculate the residual fatigue life for this kind of joints.Based on experimental results,the relative advantage and disadvantage of some formulas for evaluating variable amplitude fatigue life are comparatively analyzed. The results show that the predicted precision of Miner's rule and modified Miner's rule is better. |
