摘    要:通过浙江省衢州城市物流规划的实证案例提出了城市物流枢纽规划选址的模糊综合评价方法,分析了模糊综合评价方法的实际应用.首先提出了城市物流枢纽规划选址的评价指标体系,应用模糊综合评价方法确定选址中的定性与定量指标隶属度.通过建立模糊综合评价模型,应用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,对评价指标进行单因素评价.通过模糊综合评价值的计算获得3个合理的备选方案,并提出了具体可行的衢州城市物流枢纽功能规划方案.

Abstract:Based on the empirical planning of logistics hubs of Quzhou city in Zhejiang province,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the planning of city logistics hubs is introduced.First an index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for city logistics hubs is proposed to handle the membership of both quantitative and qualitative factors.Secondly a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established,the key weight of index system is given by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method and each index is evaluated by single factor evaluation.The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show three alternatives for logistics hubs location in Quzhou city and then the practical function planning for each logistics hub is provided.
