| 摘 要： | 根据企业战略管理的实际需求,研究多维集成化管理控制系统的结构模型及其运行机理.将企业管理理论和自动控制理论相结合,把管理控制问题归纳成4个维度、5种机制,并从这些方面入手研究我国企业管理控制所存在的实际问题,探讨解决这些问题的管理控制系统的结构模型及其控制机理.从管理层次、管理过程和控制路径3个维度构建了多层次全过程前馈一反馈管理控制系统.由理论和应用研究可知,企业只有建立和完善这种多维集成化管理控制系统,通过层层反馈和前馈、层层调节和保障,才能确保其战略规划的最终实现.
