基于结构健康监测系统的桥梁疲劳寿命可靠性评估

摘    要:为探讨如何利用结构健康监测系统所记录的应变-时程曲线进行桥梁结构疲劳寿命的可靠性评估。选取若干天的应变-时程曲线,通过统计分析得到其标准样本,认为该桥上所有的应变循环都是这个标准样本的重复;利用雨流计数法,得到标准样本的应力幅谱。在对桥面结构细节的疲劳寿命进行可靠性评估时,利用BS5400关于桥梁构件细节的标准分类结果对已有的概率模型进行修正,得到适合于桥梁疲劳寿命可靠性评估的概率模型。

Abstract:In order to use strain time curve recorded by the structural health monitoring system to reliably evaluate the fatigue life of bridge structure. Strain time curves of several days are selected, a representative block of cycles is obtained by statistical analysis, and it is believed all strain cycles in the bridge are repeats of the representative block of cycles. The stress spectrum of the representative block of cycles is obtained by rain flow counting method. When the fatigue life of bridge deck section details is reliably evaluated, a modified probability mode suitable for bridge fatigue evaluation is obtained through using the standard classification results about bridge component details from the British Standard BS5400.
