| 摘 要： | 基于结构功能的设计理论是９０年代国际上提出的新概念，是抗震设计理念上的一次变革。本文阐述了结构功能的设计理论产生的背景，基本思想、主要特点以及研制现状，指出了结构功能的设计理论对推土工程学院发展的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The theory of performance based seismic design is the new concept in world in 1990s,it is a revolution of the current seismic design procedures.In this paper, the background of outlining the need of PBSD, the basic idea, the main properties and the state of the art of research of PBSD are summarized and discussed, Finally, the significances of PBSD which will improve the civil engineering are pointed out. |
