Cr6+对厌氧微生物的毒性作用研究

摘    要:通过对取自ASBR中的厌氧污泥Cr^6 中毒的产甲烷活性恢复试验,研究了不同Cr^6 质量浓度对产甲烷微生物的抑制程度及抑制作用的分子机理,得出结论:当Cr^6 质量浓度小于30mg/L时,是生理毒素;当Cr^6 质量浓度大于110mg/L时,是杀菌性毒素以及当Cr^6 质量浓度小于10mg/L时,其抑制作用发生在反应后期,当Cr^6 质量浓度大于30mg/L时,其抑制作用发生在反应初期,通过对不同Cr^6 质量浓度下的厌氧微生物群落及产甲烷菌形态的照片分析,发现Cr^6 对厌氧微生物群落的组成和厌氧微生物的形态没有影响,但是高质量浓度Cr^6 强烈抑制了产甲烷菌的活性。

Abstract:Based on the experiment of the toxicity to the anaerobic sludge methanogens and the recovery of the methanogentic activity, the level of inhibition to methanogens by various Cr 6+ concentrations and the molecule mechanism of inhibition are analyzed. It is concluded that when the Cr 6+ concentration is less than 30 mg/L, it is physiological toxin, but bactericidal toxin when concentration is more than 110 mg/L. The inhibition takes place in anaphase when Cr 6+ concentration is less than 10 mg/L, and in prophase when Cr 6+ concentration is more than 30 mg/L. Based on the photograph discussion of the anaerobic species and the methanogens morphology under the various Cr 6+ concentrations, it is noted that the Cr 6+ inhibition has no obvious influence on the anaerobic species and the methanogens morphology, but it strongly inhibits the activity of methanogens.
