智能化装载机载重检测设计

摘    要:通过对装载机作业时的转矩进行分析,适当简化相关参数,建立起一个基本的动力学模型.根据这个模型,采用单片机80C196KB,设计了装载机载重量检测的实现方案.根据装载机故障信息的自身特点,基于GSM(global standard for mobile communications)模块TC35,实现装载机与远程控制中心之间的双向无线通讯.最后给出相关的软件设计,主要分析了其中几段关键的程序流程.通过上述软硬件的设计,本方案实现了对装载机载重量的实时检测,并对过载等故障信息进行处理.由此显著地提高了装载机的可靠性和稳定性.

Abstract:This paper has analyzed the torque of LHD loader when it is working. Set up a basic dynamic model after simplifying the character of LHD(load haul dump) loader properly. It has put forward a solution for loading inspection with 80C196KB based on this model. According to the character of exception, it implements a bidirectional wireless communication between LHD loader and remote control center by using the GSM module typed TC35. Finally, this paper discusses the relational software design that is mainly focused on the flow chart of key program sections. As a result, this paper mainly implements two functions for LHD loader. One is loading inspection and the other is handling for exceptional information such as overloading. Then it can greatly improve the reliability and stability of LHD loader.
