PFBC—CC燃机叶片试片腐蚀/磨蚀初步研究

摘    要:介绍了PFBC-CC燃机叶片腐蚀/磨蚀试验装置的系统,主要部件,允许试验参数及其主要特点,累计400多小时的热态试验表明该装置性能稳定,达到了设计要求,初步试验结果是,高,低温试验区均为腐蚀/磨蚀联合作用,高温试验区腐蚀为主,低温试验区磨蚀为主。

Abstract:The corrosion/erosion test facility of PFBC CC gas turbine blades' specimens is introduced. Its system, main compoents, test parameters and characteristics are described in detail. The experiment done for 400 h cumulatively shows that this facility can work as stablely as it is designed. Initial experiment results are as follows: corrosion is serious and erosion is slight at high temperature test section. It is contrastive at low temperature test section.
