基于模糊控制的交流伺服系统的设计

摘    要:针对永磁同步电动机交流伺服系统,提出了模糊控制方案.在交流伺服系统的设计中,采用模糊控制器作为其位置调节器,采用电流快速跟踪控制方案设计电流调节器,对于速度调节器,按Ⅱ型系统设计,并选用PI型调节器,极大地提高了系统的性能.实验与仿真结果表明,基于模糊控制的交流伺服系统与常规PID控制的交流伺服系统相比,具有良好的动态、稳态性能以及较强的鲁棒性,从而证明了这种设计方法的合理性和优越性.

Abstract:The paper presents fuzzy control method for permanent magnetic synchronous machine AC servo system. In the system's design, fuzzy controller was adopted as place controller, current fast track control method was adopted as current controller, PI adjuster was adopted as speed controller, which was designed according to second type system. The system capability was tremendously improved. Compared with general PID control system, the experimental and simulation results show that the design scheme has favorable dynamic and steady performance and strong robustness. And it demonstrates the reasonable and superiority of the design way.
