| Abstract: | Based on the results of the tests and the full range analysis of the RC eccentric compression columl strengthened by the enclcoure,the relation between the loading leveis of the first stage in the original column and the stresses in the longitudinal steel and the concrete in the enclosure, when the loads are applied by two stages, is deduced. |
