精梳机齿轮箱体结构动力学建模与优化

摘    要:针对新型精梳机进行整机振动和噪声的测试与分析,确定了精梳机的齿轮箱为整机的主要振动和噪声源.为此,建立了精梳机齿轮箱结构的动力学模型,通过动态仿真对比分析,发现主要振动和噪声是由于齿轮箱体结构构成不合理,导致在箱体在动机构的动力作用下激发出较大的振动和共振噪音.由此对齿轮箱结构进行参数动态灵敏度分析,以箱体前4阶固有频率的加权和作为评价各参数对频率影响的标准,对齿轮箱体结构进行了以第1阶频率提升最大化为目标的优化设计,根据优化建立了新的齿轮箱体结构,新结构在同样工况下具有更好的抗振和低噪声辐射性能.

Abstract:The vibration and noise were tested for a new combing machine,and the gearbox of combing machine is recognized as the sources of vibration and noise.Therefore,a dynamic model of the combing machine's gearbox is built.Simulation and analysis indicate that the machine's vibration and noise result from the unreasonable structure of the gearbox.Based on the sensitivity analysis approach,using the four natural frequency and weighted sum as the standards of evaluating the effect of parameter on the frequency,an optimal design for improving the first-order frequency of combing machine was carried out to optimize the gearbox structure.The new structure of gearbox has better properties in diminishing the vibration and noise.
