摘    要:为了弄清煤矿巷道围岩渗水严重或局部巷道温度升高地段,通用树脂锚杆锚固力往往低于理论计算值的原因,结合现场观测,在实验室通过自行设计的装置研究了一定温度范围内以及室温时钻孔流水和钻孔内积水两种情况下,水对树脂锚杆锚固力的影响程度.实验结果表明:当孔壁渗流水不大时,树脂锚固剂在搅拌过程中,通过摩擦挤压作用,能够堵住某些裂隙出水点,但是一些分散到树脂胶泥中的水滴,会影响锚杆的锚固力;而当钻孔内水量较大,甚至有压力的喷水,树脂锚杆锚固力会大大下降;另外,孔壁温度的升高也会降低树脂锚杆的锚固力.孔壁内水的存在以及孔壁温度的升高是降低通用树脂锚杆锚固能力两个不可忽视的因素.

Abstract:The resin anchor-hold is usually lower than theoretic value in the laneway in which water seeps severely from wall rock or high temperature in some laneway.Based the observation in the mine,the experiment of determining how to water and temperature influence resin anchor-hold was done by the test facility designed independently in the laboratory,and the moving and immobile water in the simulate drill hole were considered.The results show that the resin medicine-one can stem some crannies through the rub and extrusion in the mill process when the seeping water is less,but some drips maybe detract in the resin medicine-one,which would influence resin anchor-hold;The resin anchor-hold will drop greatly when the seeping water is more even some pressure water.Moreover,the temperature around the drill hole can influence the resin anchor-hold.The water in the drill hole and high temperature around the drill hole are two important factors reducing resin anchor-hold.
