长纤维高速过滤器过滤净水厂沉淀出水的试验研究

对自行研制的长纤维高速过滤器，进行了净水厂沉淀出水过滤的试验研究和分析．结果表明：长纤维高速过滤器最高滤速可达60m／h以上，当进水浊度为8-12NTU时，滤后水浊度均低于0．4NTU，过滤周期可达24h以上，运行效果稳定，反冲洗彻底，反洗时间短，截污量和产水量均远优于目前常用过滤器，展示了良好的应用前景．

Study on filtering effluent of sedimentation tank in factory supply-water by a long fiber high efficiency filter

Filtering process on the effluent of sedimentation tank in factory supply-water by a long-fiber high-efficiency filter is studied. The results proved that this new type of long fiber filter had higher filtration efficiency and a longer filtering period than other filters currently in use. In the filtering process its filtering velocity reached more than 60 m/h. If the turbidity of raw water is from 8 to 12 NTU, the turbidity of the effluent of the filter is always below 0 4 NTU with more than a 24 h filtering period. The results also showed that this long fiber filter has great ability to filter water and can be back-flushed thoroughly, so the application of this filter has a bright future.
