| 摘 要： | 根据县乡公路网规划的实际情况，提出了一种不基于现状ＯＤ调查的交通量预测方法，该方法为一种模拟四阶段法，充分考虑了县乡公路交通的变化规律，利用其易得的现状交通量资料为基础进行预测，实际应用效果良好。

| Abstract: | By the practice of rural highway network planning, the traffic forecasting method that is not based on the OD survey is presented. It is a simulative method of four phase model and according to the development rule of rural highway traffic. The forecasting is based on the present traffic volume. and effective in practical application. |
