摘    要:考虑到公路和城市桥梁评估规范结果可能存在的差异,对城市内的原公路桥梁提出基于程度分析理论的评估方法.首先,采用心理测量试验和定性问题的定量描述研究评估标度及扣分值;其次,基于桥梁评估规范确定缺损、构件及部件的权重;然后,引入桥梁缺损对结构使用功能影响系数及缺损发展变化状况修正系数得到缺损最终扣分值;最后,结合分层加权方法计算各部件及全桥的技术状况评分.结果表明,采用基于程度分析的桥梁评估方法计算得到的全桥评分低于城市规范评分但高于公路规范评分.当基于不同规范得到的评估结论出现较大差异时,程度分析方法可作为一种辅助的评估方法.

Abstract:With the consideration of a discrepancy between results of highway and city bridge assessment criteria,an assessment method based on the degree analysis theory is proposed for bridges in city previously belonging to highway.First,evaluation level and deducted score are determined by psychological measurement experiment and quantitative expression.Secondly,the weights of defects,members and components are determined according to bridge evaluation codes.Thirdly,final deducted scores induced by the defects are calculated by applying the coefficients of in-service performance and development trend.Finally,technical condition assessment scores of each component of bridge and entire structure are calculated by applying the hierarchical weighted method.The investigation results show that the assessment scores calculated from the proposed method are lower than those from the city codes but higher than those from the highway codes.The proposed method is a good alternative when there is a great discrepancy between evaluation conclusions of highway and city bridge assessment criteria.
