摘    要:为研究铰接预应力混凝土空心板梁桥沿铰缝产生裂缝的病害机理及其加固方案,以某装配式空心板桥为背景,通过利用实体单元对包括企口铰缝在内的准确模拟,建立空间有限元模型进行数值分析.通过分析控制截面处相关应力值,得出铰缝处横向应力超标为产生此病害的主要原因;在此基础上,提出采用增设横向预应力体系进行加固和改善桥梁横向受力的2种...

Abstract:To ascertain the crack mechanism along the hinge joints of fabricated PC(prestressed concrete) hollow slab beam bridges and the strengthening method,a typical fabricated hollow slab beam bridge was taken as an example and an accurate three-dimensional finite element model was built by simulating the whole bridge using entity unit.The stresses in the control sections of the bridge were analysed to conclude that the main cause of longitudinal cracks along the hinge joints was the excess of transverse stress.Based on above analysis results,two schemes including adding transverse prestress steel wire system to strengthen and improve the transverse load bearing capacity of such kind of bridges were presented,and numerical analyses and comparison of the two strengthening schemes were conducted.The results show that both strengthening schemes can effectively reduce the transverse tensile stresses in the hinge joints of hollow slab beam bridges and greatly improve the integrity of the bridge.The scheme with the prestressed steel wire set in the area 25 cm from the bottom of the beam is more effective and has more advantages in durability and security.
