| Abstract: | Visual spectral luminous efficiency function is a fundamental function which has extensive applications in illuminating engineering. The influence of the variation of luminance under different illuminating environments on it is studied in this paper. According to photopic and scotopic function established by CIE, the approximate expression of the mesopic function is derived. Its curves under different luminances are calculated and plotted with the aid of computer. These curves are basically correspondent with the experimental ones. |
