| Abstract: | FDPE is an integrated CASE environment for the purpose of software process automation and its kernel is a formal specification language FDP well defined on both syntax and semantics. In FDPE, software process is divided into two stages, i.e., to generate a specification from user's requirments and then translate the specification into programs. Computer supports to software process were implemented through integrating a series of advanced techniques in FDPE, such as graphic editing, rapid prototyping, software reuse, specification verification and program transformation, and a comfortable software development environment was provided for users by FDPE, in which both the software qualities can be ensured and its productivities can be improved greatly. In this paper, FDPE's construction, functions and features are shown. |
