阻燃剂聚二溴苯醚的合成

摘    要:分别利用K3Fe(CN)6,CuCl2·2H2O-DMSO,Cu(NO3)2·3H2O-CH3CN,CuCl2·2H2O-DMF,CuCl2·2H2O-NaOCH3,等5种不同催化体系制备了阻燃剂聚二溴苯醚,并详细地研究了其中3种催化体系中的单体浓度、催化剂用量、反应温度以及反应时间对产率的影响,找到了合成的最佳条件,并讨论了几种催化体系的反应机理。5种催化体系所得产物存在着分子量由大到小的分布,

Abstract:lame restarding poly(dibromophenylene oxide) was prepared by five catalystic systems:K3Fe (CN )6, Cu (NO3 ) 2 3H2O-CH3CN, CuC12 2HZ ocDMF, CuC122H2O-DMSO andCuCl22H2O-NaOCH3, respectively.For three catalytic systems in them, the effects of reaction temperature, time, molar ratio and catulytic concentration on the polymer yield were investigated,and optimum teaction conditions were found. The reaction machanisms were been indicated for different kinds of catalytic system. Different melting point of .poly (dibromophenylene oxide) by preparation with various catalytic system demonstrated their different activity which induced differentistion of polymerization form and polymerisation degree. The molecular weights of polymer distributed from high to low,which was used effectively by demonstration from theory of flame restarding.
