平面磨床结构的动态优化设计

摘    要:本文阐述了平面磨床结构的动态优化设计方法。结果表明,砂轮悬仲长度和主轴轴承间距对动柔度有相当大的影响;适当增大前者和减小后者,使两者之比有一最佳值时,可使动柔度大大减小。此外,调整某些模态的阻尼比,还可使动柔度进一步减小。

Abstract:This paper describes the method of dynamic optimum design for horizontal surface grinding machine structure. The results of optimization show that the canti lever arm of the wheel and the distance between the wheel spindle bearings have a considerable influence on the receptance, suitable increasing the former and decreasing the latter, as the ratio between them reaches an optimal value, the receptanee will be greatly decreased. In addition, the receprance will be further decreased by the regulation of some modal damping ratios.
