| Abstract: | According to the theory of similarity,the feasibility and the similarity criteria for boiler drum analogue are studied.The experiments of the operating analogue have been conducted on a selfmade test board and some valuable data are obtained.In processing of the analogue test data,the regression analysis of the non-axisymmetrical function for temperature distri- bution is used.The thermal stresses in the drum are calculated by use of the thermal stress function method.The results of the computation are compared with the stresses measured by the analogue experiments.The safety criteria of the temperature difference between the upper and the lower walls of the drum are obtained. |
