钢纤维对高强砼的增强、增韧与阻裂效应的研究

摘    要:主要采取掺加高效减水剂以配制高强砼并使之与钢纤维复合的技术途径,研究了纤维体积率、纤维外形、砼基材强度等因素与钢纤维对高强砼的增强、增韧和阻裂效应间的相互关系.并研究了钢纤维与高强水泥基材、螺纹钢筋与钢纤维高强砼的界面粘结特性。通过分析界面区微观结构与宏观力学性能的关系,探讨了界面区Ca(OH)_2晶体的取向指数、取向范围、晶体平均尺寸与晶体尺寸曲线限度以及显微硬度的变化规律。此项研究可为钢纤维高强砼的设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The technical way of compositing the steel fiber with the high strength concrete prepared by adding advanced water reducing agent is applied to investigate the relationships between the volume content and external shape of steel fiber, concrete matrix strength and the effects of steel fiber on the strengthening, toughening and crack arresting. The performances of the inter facial bond of steel fiber and high strength cement matrix, and threaded bar and stecl fiber reinforced high strength concrete are studied also. The orientation index, orientation range, average crystal size, crystal curve range of Ca(OH)_2 and the regularity of variation in microhardness in the interfacial zone are investigated through the analysis of the relationship between microstructure and macromechanical behaviour. This study may provide theoretical basis for the design of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete.
