Q460C高强度结构钢材循环加载试验研究

摘    要:为了得到高强度钢材的滞回性能,对Q460C高强度结构钢材的单调和循环加载性能进行了试验研究.试验包括3个单调拉伸、3个单调压缩和10个不同加载制度的循环加载,得到了单调和循环加载的应力-应变曲线;分析了单调和循环加载下的宏观试验现象以及断口的电镜扫描结果.基于Ramberg-Osgood公式,对各种循环荷载下钢材的骨架...

Abstract:In order to obtain the hysteretic behavior,monotonic and cyclic loading experiments of high strength structural steel Q460C,including 3 monotonic tensile specimens,3 monotonic compression specimens and 10 different cyclic loading specimens,were conducted,and the stress-strain curves of monotonic and cyclic loading were plotted and compared.Moreover the macroscopic experimental phenomena and the electron microscopic scanning results of specimen fractures were analyzed.Based on the Ramberg-Osgood model,the cyclic skeleton curves were fitted,and the corresponding formulae to calculate cyclic skeleton curves for the high strength structural steel Q460C were proposed.The differences between the skeleton curves of symmetrical cyclic loading and the stress-strain curve of monotonic loading were compared.Finally,based on the Chaboche model for steel plastic constitutive relationship,the model parameters were calibrated by the test.Then this model were applied to simulate the above cyclic loading tests by the software ABAQUS.The finite element analysis results agree well with the test results.
