汽车逆向物流障碍因素的ISM分析

为了有效地实施逆向物流管理,采用结构解释模型(ISM)方法确认并分析了影响逆向物流实施的主要阻碍因素及其相互影响关系.结果表明:缺乏对逆向物流价值的认识、高层管理者支持力度不够和缺乏逆向物流战略规划是最深层次、最大的阻碍;缺乏逆向物流绩效测评、缺乏对回收商的支持、缺乏有效的信息跟踪管理系统等阻碍具有很强的相互依赖性,应进行综合治理.按因素的驱动力和依赖性进行层次化划分的方法,可以避免按可达集、先行集和共同集逐级划分层次的繁琐,使ISM方法更方便应用.

Analysis of major barriers of automobile reverse logistics based on ISM

Interpretive structural modeling(ISM) is adopted to notarize the main barriers and their interactions,which counterwork the development of automobile reverse logistics.The research results indicate that the lacks of awareness about reverse logistics,commitment by top management and strategic planning are the deepest and largest barriers;the lacks of appropriate performance metrics, the support of dealers and information systems and etc.are strongly dependent each other and so ought to be disposed comprehensively.Partitioning the hiberarchy of the barriers based on their driver power and dependence power avoids the troublesome hiberarchy process on their reachability set,antecedent set and intersection set,which makes ISM application more easy and simple.
