A Real Time Speech Communication System of Linear Prediction Coding

A real time speech communication system based on the principle of linear prediction coding is completed. The hardware of this system contains high speed digital signal processor, field programmable gate array, and other hi tech devices. So the system gains a high performance in smaller volume, lower power consumption, higher reliance, etc. In its software, this paper presents a detailed analysis about the division of consonant and vowel, pitch extraction,calculation of speech energy and reflective coeffecients,parameters bits allocattion and its correction transformation, decoding and digital communication, etc. It also gives the detailed method of their real time performance.
