电化学沉积四氨基酞菁镍敏化纳米TiO2电极

摘    要:为寻找高效低成本的染料及其在纳米晶体表面新的键合方式,用电化学方法制备了四氨基酞菁镍敏化纳米T iO2电极.用阳极氧化水解法和丝网印刷法制备纳米T iO2电极,以此为工作电极研究了四氨基酞菁镍在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和二甲基亚砜(DM SO)中的循环伏安曲线,分析了四氨基酞菁镍的氧化还原电位.用恒电位沉积制备了四氨基酞菁镍敏化纳米T iO2电极,探讨了沉积电位及时间对电极性能的影响.实验结果表明,在1.0V恒电位沉积得到的电极光电性能最好,沉积时间24h电极性能趋于稳定,实验证明以电化学沉积法制备的敏化T iO2电极的光电性能高于自组装法.

Abstract:In order to find high efficiency dye with low price and new binding method between dye and anocrystalline,the nickel tetraaminophthalocyanine(NiPc(NH_2)_4) sensitized nanostructure TiO_2 electrode was prepared through electrochemical method.The TiO_2 film electrode was constructed by the way of anodic oxidative hydrolysis and screen-printing,the cyclic voltammograms of NiPc(NH_2)_4 in dimethylformamide(DMF) and dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) on such TiO_2 film electrode were studied,and the oxidation-reduction potentials of NiPc(NH_2)_4 were investigated.NiPc(NH_2)_4 sensitized TiO_2 film electrode was constructed by electrochemical-deposition,and the effect of the voltage and electrodeposition time on the photocurrent characteristic were investigated.The result shows that the optimum electrodeposition voltage is 1.0 V,and the electrodeposition time is 24 h.It is proved that the photoelectricity characteristic of the dye sensitized TiO_2 film electrode constructed by electrodeposition is better than that constructed by self-assembling.
