摘    要:1连续对象数学模型的建立图1为催化裂化装置(FCC)能量回收系统简图,用以回收烟气能量。本文根据装置的结构特点,用状态方程表达式分别建立了各典型部件的数学模型,并从计算机控制的角度,考虑了A/D、D/A转换误差以及延时等因素,对系统的离散动态特性进行了仿真研究。

Abstract:In this paper, computer control dynamic study of heat recovery system of Fluidized Catalytic Cracking installation (FCC) , as an example, is discussed. Mathematical models of FCC heat recovery system are established by linearization, otherwise, models, including computer control law calculating lag, A/D and D/A convertion errors, are also deduced. State matrix transition method is used. A sample period is divided into a few calculating steps, and simulating models of actual digital system are also deduced. By simulating the dynamic characteristic, we can design the main data of computer control system. In addition, the general principles to design computer control system of thermal turbo machinery system are obtained.
