| 摘 要： | 鳍线具有低耗、易加工、易与各种传输线相连接等特点,适于制作各种有源电路和集成化子系统。鳍线PIN开关通常使用单侧鳍线,它易于焊装梁式引线管,容易施加偏置。在缺少梁式引线管的条件下,也可使用台面PIN管,采取适当措施,可获得较满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The design of broad band switches using beam-lead PIN diodes in fin-line is presented. A reverse mode fin-line switch using mesa construction PIN diodes is developed. The optimization of tapered transition and the approach of measuring normalized parametrs of diode are presented, and the experimental results are also given. |
