| 摘 要： | 针对车辆图像分割困难，车牌位置定位不准等问题，提出了一种新的车牌快速定位方法，在图像增强与分割的基础上，对得到的二值图像作行，列扫描，并利用车牌位置信息，尺寸信息来缩小搜索范围，提高了定位精度和实时性，对不同光照、不同车型的汽车图像的仿真试验结果表明，该方法具有较好的定位精度和鲁棒性。

| Abstract: | Based on the image enhancement and segmentation, the location accuracy and the real time ability are improved by scanning the acquired binary image in both row and column directions, and besides, the location information and the size information of vehicle license plate are also taken to reduce the area of detection. Experiments on different light and different kinds of vehicle images were conducted. The experimental results show that the proposed method has good ability of locating and robust. |
