| 摘 要： | 项目结构分解是基于系统原理的一种方法。施工项目结构分解，是把承包商所承包范围内的全部工程任务，按层次从项目总体一直分解到工作包。它是现代施工管理的一个有效的方法。本文论述了施工项目结构分解的必要性及其作用，通过在南京太阳宫广场施工项目中结构分解的研究，针对施工项目规律、工程特点和我国施工管理特点，提出了施工项目的结构分解方法及分解准则。

| Abstract: | WBS is a method based on the system principle.Construction project structure breakdown breaks the project into work units. It is a effective way in modern construction management. In this paper, the necessity and function of construction project structure breakdown are discussed. Based on the experience of structure breakdown in Nanjing Sun Square construction project, structure breakdown method,and breakdown criterions are presented. |
