| 摘 要： | 提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法的区域物流发展竞争态势分析方法．首先建立评价指标体系；再综合利用层次分析法和熵权法给出指标权重；进而对区域物流综合竞争力进行评价；并从影响物流发展竞争力的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁4个侧面深入分析；最后依据竞争态势分析结果，提出区域物流发展战略．该方法的分析结果定量、客观、可信，为制定正确、科学和具有竞争力的区域物流发展战略提供了重要参考．

| Abstract: | To achieve the proposed analysis the evaluation indices system is established firstly,and the weights of evaluation indices are obtained based on the results of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and entropy. Then the evaluation of regional logistics competitiveness is made,moreover the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of regional logistics development are drawn. Finally,according to the analysis results,logistics development strategy can be presented. Based on this analysis,the results are quantitative and reliable and can provide important references to make correct,scientific and competitive regional logistics development planning. |
