| 摘 要： | 讨论了毫米波ＶＣＯ电调特性的开环线性校正原理，采用模拟断点式线性校正器对３５ＧＨｚ ＶＣＯ电调特性进行了开环线性校正。实验结果表明，该３５ＧＨｚ高线性ＶＣＯ在１２０ＭＨｚ电调带宽内电调非线性度小于１％，输出功率大于６０ｍＷ，频谱质量良好，满足系统指标。

| Abstract: | The principle of open looP linearlzation of tuning chsracteristic of millimeter wave VCO is discussed, and an analogue breakpoint linearizer is used to linearize the tuning characteristic of a 35GHz VCO. Experimental results indicate that the tuning nonlinearity is of less thsn 1% with a tuning range of 120 MHz and an output power is of no less than 60 mW. The good behaviour of the spectrum is also observed. |
