炮管瞬态应变测试仪

摘    要:为了测量炮管发射过程中各处的瞬态应变,研究了光纤B ragg光栅瞬态应变测试技术,构建了炮管瞬态应变测试系统.系统主要由宽带光源、光纤光栅、非平衡马赫-曾德干涉仪、数据采集与处理等部分组成.分析了光纤B ragg光栅应变信号的干涉解调技术,编写了三步移相解调软件.通过悬臂梁实验对系统进行了标定,得到应变与测量信号之间相位差曲线.在炮管壁安置4个测试点,分别测量出瞬态应变,炮管管壁的应变大小从炮尾到炮口呈逐渐衰减的趋势.分析表明,系统测量精度优于0.7%.该方法的使用对炮管和弹丸诸参数的选择有指导意义.
