聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)的特性及应用分析

摘    要:聚苯乙烯泡沫(expanded polystyrene,简称EPS)是一种性能优良的路基轻质填料,具有轻质、高强、较强的化学稳定性和水稳定性、良好的力学性能且施工方便简单等优点,在国外道路工程中有较为广泛的应用,EPS能较圆满地解决软基的过度沉降和差异沉降以及桥台和道路相接处的差异沉降,减少桥台的侧向压力和位移等问题,我国对EPS的研究和应用较少,本文对EPS的物理化学性能、力学性能、EPS作为路基轻质填料的结构设计方法、EPS在道路工程中的应用等方面作了较为全面的介绍和分析,对我国使用EPS有借鉴作用。

Abstract:Expanded polystyrene(EPS) is an excellent light filled material. EPS has a lot of good properties, such as light mass, high strength, good chemical stability, nice watery stability, wonderful mechanical properties and convenience in construction, which is widely used in road engineering in foreign countries. Utilizing EPS can decrease excessive subsidence and discrepant subsidence of soft subgrade, reduce lateral pressure and displacement of bridge pier, and so on. Less researches and applications of EPS have been carried out in China. Physical and chemical characteristics, mechanical properties, design method as a light filled material in subgrade and applications in road engineering of EPS are introduced and analyzed in the paper,which has consultative function of utilizing EPS in China.
