轴心受压钢骨-钢管高强混凝土组合柱力学性能的研究

摘    要:提出了一种重载柱设计的新模式,即钢骨-钢管混凝土组合柱,该组合柱是将钢骨插入钢管中,然后内填混凝土形成,通过13根组合柱的轴心受压试验,研究了钢骨-钢管高强混凝土组合柱的工作机理,延性和极限承载力,讨论了影响这种组合柱性能的主要因素,包括套箍指标,配骨指标和长细比等,研究结果表明,这种新型组合柱具有较高的承载力和良好的延性,可减少柱截面尺寸,增大建筑物使用空间,根据试验结果,给出了适用于这种组合柱的承载力计算公式。

Abstract:A new design model for steel concrete composite columns, circular steel tube column filled with steel reinforced concrete, is established in this paper. In this kind of steel concrete composite column, section steel is inserted into steel tube and concrete is filled into the gap between them. The test results of 13 axially loaded high strength concrete composite columns are presented. The working mechanisms, ductility and ultimate bearing capacity are studied. The effects of the confinement index, the section steel index and the slenderness ratio on the mechanical properties of the composite column are discussed. The results show that this composite column has advantages of higher load carrying capacity, excellent ductility and significant increase of inner floor space. Based on the test results, formulas for predicting the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column are proposed.
