| 摘 要： | 基因芯片是提取生物分子信息的一种新技术，该技术是分子生物学与电子信息科学交叉的产物。基因芯片在基因型分析、基因表达监控和疾病检测方面有着重要的应用。本论分析基因芯片中的信息处理问题，介绍一个高密度基因芯片设计及数据分析软件系统，该系统包括基因芯片探针设计、芯片优化、杂交图像处理和检测结果分析等功能。

| Abstract: | Gene chip is a kind of microarray with high density oligonucleotide probes. It is a new technique of extracting bio molecular information. Gene chip is the fusion of life science, electronics and information science. In this paper, we present the problems of information processing in gene chip application. A software system of gene chip design and experiment data analysis has been developed, which has the functions of oligonucleotide probe design, gene chip optimization, image processing and data analysis. |
