周向无回油槽油腔式静压轴承优化设计

摘    要:本文讨论任意油腔数的静压轴承的优化设计。利用不等步长有限差分法直接求解雷诺方程,进行轴承的分析计算。优化设计采用复合形法,以单位承载量下的功耗最小为目标函数。程序中采用高低精度迭代技术等措施,基本解决了轴承优化设计时间过长的难题,获得了经济机时。通过实例考核,证明本程序是实用、可靠和高效率的,可供设计人员直接调用。

Abstract:The optimum design of the hydrostatic bearing with any number of recesses is studied. For the analysis and calculation of such kind of bearing the Reynolds' equation is directly solved by the finite differential method with inequal steps. The complex method is applied to the optimum design in which the total power loss per unit load capacity is regarded as an objective function. In order to make the optimum program more available for use, a series of technical approaches, e. g. higher and/or lower accuracy iteration technique, are employed in saving computer time. On examination of some practical examples, it has been shown that this software package is available, reliable and high efficient so as to be provided directly for designers.
