超声在制备SiC/Al-Mg颗粒增强复合材料中的应用

摘    要:通过高强度超声处理使SiC颗粒均匀分散于铝液中,获得了组织结构良好的SiC/Al-Mg颗粒增强复合材料.讨论了超声对改善SiC颗粒与铝液之间的润湿性和实现颗粒在铝液中均匀分散的作用.结果表明,超声处理是制取颗粒增强金属基复合材料的有效方法。

Abstract:SiC/Al-Mg particulate reinforced composites with perfect microstructure were prepared by dispersing SiC particles uniformly in liquid aluminium through high-intensity ultrasonic treatment.The effect of ultrasonic on wettability improven1ent of SiC particles with liquid aluminium and dispersion of the particles homogeneously in the melt is discued,The results show that ultrasonic treatment is an ef-fective methed for fabricating particu late reinforced metal matrix composites.
