茯苓菌丝体胞外多糖硫酸酯化工艺的研究

摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法试验,优化了胞外多糖硫酸酯化的工艺条件.结果表明,优化的硫酸酯化条件为氯磺酸与吡啶摩尔比1:3.85,反应温度73℃,反应时间3.34h.在此条件下,硫酸基团取代度为1.02.

Abstract:To investigate the optimal sulfation technology of exopolysaccharide from Poria cocos mycelia. Based on the single factor design, the sulfation technology of exopolysaccharide was optimized by the response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal sulfa- tion technology of exopolysaccharide were as follows, chlorosulfonic acid and pyridine mole ratio of 1.3.85, reaction temperature 73 C and reaction time 3.34 h. Under those conditions, the de- gree of substitution was 1.02.
