摘    要:由于实验数据计算复杂并需要根据其结果在直角坐标纸上作图,不可避免引起主观误差.以Visual Basic6.0为开发工具,并结合最小二乘法直线拟合编制了“核磁共振法测定丙酮酸水合反应的速率常数”实验的数据处理软件,完全消除了手工作图的误差,将数据录入和数据处理功能相分离,避免了个别学生修改实验数据,从而得到准确、真实的数据处理结果并打印出图形.将数据处理与数据库结合,对数据进行管理.此软件为处理实验数据提供了方便、快捷的方法,同时为教师批改实验报告提供了可靠的依据.

Abstract:The error was caused inevitably in the course of experimental data processing because of complicated calculation and drawing in the squared paper based on the results. Visual Basic 6.0 and the least squares straight line fit program are used to compile this software for the data of determination of the rate constant of pyruvic acid hydration reaction by NMR,eliminating completely the error brought by manual drawing ,avoiding the modification of experimental date as a result of the separation of data input and data processing functions and more reliable results including date and figures can be achieved and printed. The function of data management can be done by the combination of database and data processing. This system not only gives a convenient and rapid way to deal with experimental data but also provides reliable evidence for teachers to check up experimental reports.
