| 摘 要： | 通过调查分析山西省体育院系大学生状况,得知多数体育院系大学生对目前生活较为满意,尤其是对家庭环境、学习环境、余暇生活满意度较高,对生活充满信心,对自身健康的态度和健康知识都有较为全面的认识.同时为更好的促进体育院系大学生生活方式向着健康文明的方向发展,针对存在的比如吸烟、酗酒、饮食习惯不良等问题,提出了若干建议.
