茶叶中提取咖啡因实验条件的研究

摘    要:茶叶中提取咖啡因是有机化学教学中关于天然有机化合物提取与分离的重要实验,由于现使用的《有机化学》教材中实验条件不确切,升华产物色泽不好、晶体的量很少.经过多次实验条件研究,使茶叶中提取咖啡因实验教学效果良好.

Abstract:Extracting caffeine from tea is an important experiment on extraction and separation of natural organic compounds in the organic chemistry teaching.Because the inexact experimental conditions provided by the textbook "Organic Chemistry",which is being used at present,had resulted in the bad color of flores and little quantity of crystals,the author began to study the experimental conditions and after many times,has finally got a perfect teaching effect in the experiment of extracting caffeine from tea.
