本科生导师制的实施评价与提升对策

摘    要:作为配合选修制和学分制推行的一种人才培养模式,本科生导师制逐渐被我国各高等院校采用.本文以安徽师范大学国土资源与旅游学院旅游管理专业为例,对已经实施了两年本科生导师制的2013级本科生的具体情况进行调研分析,对该校的导师制实施情况进行了评价,并根据发现的问题提出相应的提升对策,旨在能够为同类院校导师制的实施和完善提出有益的参考.

Abstract:As a mode of cultivating talents assisting the elective course system and credit system,the undergraduate tutorial system has been gradually adopted by colleges and universities in China.With the example of the tourism management major in the territorial resources and tourism department,Anhui Normal University,this paper dives into the specific situation of the undergraduates who have participated in the undergraduate tutorial system for two years after being admitted in 2013,followed by the assessment of the implementation as well as countermeasures to spotted issues.The purpose of this paper is to offer useful reference for the implementation and improvement of the tutorial system in similar colleges.
